The oxygen and nitrogen products are liquefied by sufficient cold energy generated by cyclic boosting expansion process via recycle compressor and expander. According to the scale of the plants, there are three main processes: low pressure cycle, low pressure cycle with cryogenic freezer as well as medium pressure cycle with warm and cold expansion turbines.
